It is considered the leading fraud detection software in the industry, used by 90% of the top issuers in the U.S. It works like this: Falcon uses individual cardholder, transaction and merchant data to develop a profile of use for you, our customer. Each time you initiate a transaction, it will pass through the system and be compared to previous transactions and scored for the likelihood of fraud. Where there is a high probability of fraud, you will be contacted directly by phone for confirmation of the suspected transaction.
